Over “N” Under Car Club - What's in the Name?
On a beautiful August evening in 2013, four newbies to the classic car hobby were sitting in a parking lot talking about cars, wild women and how to spend their money, well, mostly cars, when the topic of conversation turned to Car Clubs. The four wondered to each other about what it might take to start their own Car Club. It was decided that all they really needed was a name and not much else.

From inception to the end of the 2013 season, The Over ‘N’ Under Car Club tripled in size, from 4 to 12 member cars. The Club was starting to take shape. At the beginning of the 2014 season, The Club found a home for their Cruise Night, every Sunday evening at Leon's Furniture parking lot at Bovaird & McLaughlin in Brampton, On.
The Cruise Nights started slowly and grew steadily throughout the 2014 season as did the Club, growing from 12 member cars to 42. The Club was gaining a reputation with Cruise Night guests commenting that the Club was extremely friendly and welcoming. The Cruise Nights were a blast, with great music, great door prizes, draws and the President’s car pick of the night.

If you are interested in becoming a member of, or would like more information about this fast growing, exciting Car Club, please visit the members page, use the 'Contact Us' tab above, or head out on a Sunday night to our cruise night and say hello. We would love to meet you!
As we enter the 2020 car season, we can proudly say our Car Club has in excess of 55 vehicles encompassing all eras with numerous makes, and models.

A name became a more difficult task than had been anticipated. After discarding some thoughtful names and some that were downright silly, it was decided that they should decide who would be eligible to join this new Club. It was decided that members should be over 50 years old or less than 50 years old and was to be family oriented. They thought that this should leave the field pretty wide open. A Club name was established, with this criteria in mind and The Over ‘N’ Under Car Club was born.

Over the past seven seasons, the club has helped many other clubs at Car Shows, attending Car Shows and Cruise Nights, running several events for their Charity (Ste. Louise’s Outreach Centre raising an excess of $5,000.00) (Interim Place $4,200.00) (Boys and Girls Club of Peel $5,300) as well as operating a “U-Choose Raffle” at Cruisin’ 4 a Cure Car show, in support of Prostate Cancer Canada. The Club was especially proud of this accomplishment, being able to raise over $30,000.00 for this worthy cause.
To keep everyone up to date and in touch with each other throughout the off season, the club has breakfast meetings, impromptu coffee dates, and even have an annual family bowling night. All events are totally optional but there is always a huge turn out by the members.
